Customers may cancel or reschedule service appointments by contacting our customer support team before technician dispatch or scheduled service time.
Cancellation requests made in advance will generally be processed without issues.
2. Late Cancellation
If a customer cancels after technician dispatch or is unavailable at the service location, an inspection charge, visit fee, or cancellation charge may apply depending on the situation.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in limited situations, including:
- Duplicate payment
- Incorrect billing amount
- Payment collected for unavailable service
Refund approval is subject to internal verification and review.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may not be applicable in the following cases:
- Service completed successfully
- Inspection or visiting charges already utilized
- Customer refuses service after technician visit or diagnosis
- Delay caused by customer unavailability or incorrect details provided
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds, if applicable, may take 5–10 business days depending on payment provider, bank processing, or payment method.
6. Service Charges
Inspection charges, visiting fees, or diagnosis fees may be non-refundable once service personnel have been assigned or dispatched.
